Pool Opening

Thank you for trusting us to open your pool!

We hope to show up right at your appointment time, but we also have to deal with weather and other factors that make pool service worse than the cable company sometimes! We may need to adjust your appointment date or time for a number of reasons, so please be prepared and we will promptly communicate any changes through text message. Typically, you do NOT need to be home – just make sure we have access to your pool, equipment and any parts. If we do not have access to what we need, additional charges may apply.

To avoid additional charges, please have your cover free of water and major debris. POOL WATER NEEDS TO BE AT OPERATING LEVEL to start the pump and filter. We will clean the cover while on the pool prior to removal as necessary. If you intend to clean the cover on your own additionally and would like us to leave it in your yard or driveway, please let us know.

THINGS WE WILL DO:

  • Remove and clean cover on pool as described above and leave in a designated location.
  • Inspect and start system (only if water is at operating level).
  • Verify equipment functionality.
  • Install accessories such as ladders and hand rails.
  • Verify clarity of water and add shock as necessary.
JUST WAIT A COUPLE DAYS!

Pool Cleaning and Water Chemistry upon opening is not included (or recommended) because the pool needs some time to balance and clear after the initial shock. Dirt and debris will settle out and the chemistry will change over the first couple days. We recommend cleaning and checking water AFTER 48 CONTINUOUS HOURS of running your pump and filter.

If you need any additional service, you can schedule that on our website, text us at 412-254-4344, or visit our new store at 13370 Lincoln Way, between North Huntingdon and White Oak for FREE Water Testing!
